Click and COPY SOURCE AND PASTE LAYOUT In New page
Edit new page for content.
Hover mouse over green puzzle piece. A image of the template will show up.
In the lower right hand corner will have a "edit" command.
Edit green puzzle piece to add thing into the "template chapter". Hit preview to see what it looks like. Hit OK when finish.
Some variables in the template don't show up in editing in the source until something in the variable.

Naming convention for starting a story:book
Name of the story:book then":" then the name of the chapter.
Example "War and Peace:Year 1805 Chap1"
